What makes a sound?
This challenge links very well to Letters and Sounds Phase 1 where the focus is listening. Listening to others is a developing skill in Nursery and the use of instruments enables children not only have lots of fun, but also to be able to develop skills in listening, rhythm and distinguishing sounds.
